Collection: End Grain Butcher Blocks

End grain is the construction serious cooks end up with. The wood fibers stand vertical, so the knife slips between them and the surface closes behind the cut — easier on edges, slower to scar, built for real work. Each block here is glued up, planed, and finished by hand in our Oregon shop.
