The NW Co. makes handcrafted cutting boards in small batches in Oregon. Every board is finished to a standard most buyers have never felt — sanded, oiled with a handmade board cream, and finished with the same care whether one board ships or fifty. The teak grain is warm, rich, and unrepeatable. The walnut and maple face grain boards engrave cleanly for custom orders. The walnut end grain butcher block is the kind of thing someone keeps for decades.

Corporate & Client Gifting
This is the right fit for real estate agents, financial advisors, mortgage brokers, law firms, wedding planners, and any business that gives gifts to clients and wants what they hand over to say something. An NW Co. board is not something people already own. It does not come in a gift bag from a store. It arrives finished, oiled, and ready — and the person who receives it notices.
Every bulk order is produced to order. We do not ship from standing inventory. When you place a bulk order, we produce that run for you — which means consistent finishing across every board and no compromises on quality to meet a ship date.
Walnut and maple face grain boards are available with custom laser engraving — name, monogram, date, or logo — to order. Engraving is done on boards that are already finished, so the personalization sits on a surface that is exceptional before any text touches it. A single logo or name in one location is included. A larger engraving, such as one across an entire face of the board, is available and quoted separately.
For engraved orders, please submit artwork as a vector file (SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF). Raster files (JPG or PNG) are accepted at 300 DPI minimum. A digital proof is provided for your approval before production begins — production starts only upon written confirmation.
Volume Pricing
- 10 to 24 boards: 15% off retail
- 25 to 49 boards: 20% off retail
- 50 or more boards: 25% off retail, produced as a dedicated run for your order
Minimum order: 10 boards. Smaller runs are prepaid. Larger orders are placed with a 50% deposit to reserve your production run, with the balance due before shipping. Because an engraved board carries your logo or name and cannot be reassigned, we confirm your proof in writing before any production begins. Standard turnaround is about 3 to 4 weeks from proof approval, depending on the size of the order.

Black Label: Your Brand on Our Boards
Some partners want their own logo on the board instead of ours. The boards are identical in quality and finishing. The only difference is whose mark is on them. Your customers see your brand. The craftsmanship is ours. This is the right fit for a company putting its name on a board it will gift to clients, hand to its people, or sell under its own label.
Black label runs are available on walnut and maple face grain boards, with a minimum of 12 boards. Pricing is a flat per-board price that improves as the quantity grows. Because the board carries your brand instead of ours, we quote you a straight per-board number rather than a percentage off our retail price, which was never meant for a product with your name on it.
You can mix woods and sizes in a single order, and your price is set by the total number of boards, so the whole order moves to the better rate as it grows. Our 12x9 and 11x14 boards are our standard sizes for volume runs and carry the best pricing; exact custom sizes are available for a small additional charge. Tell us your quantity and we will send a full pricing sheet.
A single logo in one location is included. A larger engraving, such as one across an entire face of the board, is available and quoted separately. A one-time setup fee of $50 covers logo file processing, proof preparation, and a test engraving. It applies to the first run only and is waived on large orders.
Many partners run this as a standing annual program with a repeatable design, so each year's reorder is simple.

Retail & Boutique Partners
We carry a small number of retail accounts. The right fit is a kitchen store, lifestyle shop, or gift boutique whose buyers already know what belongs on their shelves. This is not a board that needs to be explained — it earns its place by feel the moment someone picks it up.
Retail wholesale is available on the following products: the Personalized Maple and Walnut Face Grain boards and the Signature Walnut End-Grain Butcher Block with Handles. Teak inventory is finite and may not be restocked — teak products are reserved for direct sales and are not available for retail wholesale accounts.
Wholesale Terms
- 40% off MSRP, giving you a 66% markup at full retail price
- Minimum opening order: $500 or 6 boards, whichever is greater
- Minimum reorder: $500 or 6 boards, whichever is greater
- You agree to sell at NW Co. MSRP with no undercutting — this includes all online channels and marketplaces
- 100% prepayment required for the first two orders. Net 30 available for established accounts in good standing thereafter.
- We typically work with one retail account per market area. If you are in a market we already serve, let us know and we will discuss options.

We do not do drop shipping, consignment, or placement on spec. If you carry the board, you carry it.
Boards damaged in transit must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos. We stand behind our work and will make it right.
