Your board is engraved and packed in Albany, Oregon, and ships within 1 to 2 business days of your order. The tracking number is in your shipping confirmation email. Paste it below and we will open the carrier's live tracking page for you.

Works with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We ship most boards USPS Ground Advantage, which usually arrives 3 to 6 business days after the label scans.

What to expect

  • Day 0 to 2: we cut your engraving, finish the board with Wood Butter, and pack it. You get the shipping email the moment the label prints.
  • First scan: tracking can sit at "label created" for up to a day until the carrier scans it in Albany. That is normal.
  • In transit: 3 to 6 business days for most of the lower 48. The estimated delivery date you saw at checkout is the carrier's, not a guess.
  • Holiday orders: order by December 11 for engraving and delivery before Christmas.

While you wait

Something not right?

No shipping email after two business days, a package that stopped moving, or a board that arrived damaged: reply to your order confirmation email or use the chat bubble on this page, and I will sort it out. If anything is wrong on our end, we remake it and ship the new one free.
